I was so excited to receive my organic matcha and whisk after hearing about it on Dr. Weil’s interview with Dr. Chatterjee and I was not disappointed! I have been enjoying an afternoon matcha, taking care in my preparation and mindfully drinking it. It is beautiful in color and texture and as I am drinking it I know how many positive benefits my body is gaining. The feeling I have after consumption is clear thinking and clean energy.
