Drinking this each day in the beautiful bowl is a special treat. I use a tiny bit of Manuka honey when I make the tea. YUM!!! I am grateful for the effort that went into making this tea and that one is able to purchase the beautiful bowl, whisk and strainer to complete the incredible experience!
The only thing I am not fond of is the packaging. I have learned to tolerate the silver bag, but sometimes it seems clumsy. Any suggestions?

A great tip we'd like to recommend when transferring matcha from the bag to the tin is to do it over a paper/kitchen napkin so it can catch all the powder. Then you can just add it back to the tin or to the bowl you're making! No matcha goes to waste :)

I can't believe I have given up coffee! It's been about 6 months of daily matcha and I have almost no desire for coffee after a lifetime of enjoying it.
