Ingredients
- 1 pack of greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp of matcha powder
- chia seeds
- honey (to taste)
- cacao nibs
- walnuts (or choice of nuts)
- other toppings
Directions
- Combine the matcha powder with the greek yoghurt until fully mixed.
- Spread mixture evenly on a baking paper placed on a tray.
- Drizzle some honey, and sprinkle your cacao nibs and walnuts. Feel free to use any toppings you'd like!
- Leave it in the freezer overnight.
- Once frozen, bring out the tray. Cut the yoghurt bark into smaller slabs. And enjoy!
