I make the following every day: a teaspoon of matcha, about a Tablespoon of honey, mixed in about 5 ounces of hot water. I fill a glass with ice and milk. Then I pour the mixed tea over the ice. I do this in the afternoon when I begin to lack energy. It keeps me going all afternoon.
It is a great tasting, refreshing drink.
The tin container keeps the tea fresh. The screw on lid is a big plus for freshness.
I certainly recommend this as a great tasting pick-me-up.
