Summer Recipes: 

Matcha Lemonade

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups of hot water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Matcha powder
  • ½ cup pure cane sugar or substitute alternative sweetener
  • 1- 1&1/2 quarts cold water

Directions:

  • Add matcha and sugar into the hot water (<180F).
  • Once dissolved, add the lemon juice and cold water. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

Matcha Cold Brew

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1.5 teaspoon matcha

Directions:

  • Fill glass with ice and set aside
  • In a mixing glass, use electric frother to combine cold water with matcha
  • Once matcha is combined, pour over ice, Enjoy!
