Pleasently surprised

I’m a first timer and have been thoroughly enjoying the last two weeks. I had to stop drinking coffee due to the acid levels and diagnoses of gerd. The switch was not as difficult because I went a month before finding the right matcha. I feel I have a high quality product that shows in the results I’m feeling as well as seeing! My skin is looking more clear and less irritated. I feel my diagestive issues have subsided and are beginning to improve. Looking forward to the months to come.

I'm a newbie.z

I'm 72 and have enjoyed coffee my entire life. Now, I'm having trouble with sleeping and the jitters. Thought matcha was worth the try. I'm still getting used to the taste, but experiencing fewer jitters and my sleep is getting better. I'm amazed at the smooth calming effect after drinking a bowl . So glad I am making the switch!
