Decaf matcha?!?!

I love matcha but I really can’t handle caffeine, even the relatively small amount in regular matcha. So I was SO excited to see a decaf matcha available. It’s great! Not quite as good as regular, but close enough. I use 2 teaspoons in a latte with 6 oz of milk (definitely need way more than the 1/2 tsp serving size). And I don’t get any of the side effects I usually do from caffeine.

Happy camper!

I recently discovered that I love the taste of matcha, but unfortunately, I can’t tolerate caffeine. I was so happy to find this high-quality decaf version! It has a great, authentic matcha flavor without the caffeine, and I’ve been very pleased with it. It’s the perfect option for anyone who loves matcha but is sensitive to caffeine. A healthy way to bring a bit of calm into my day.

Since I stumbled on to decaf matcha a few months ago, I must admit having a soymilk matcha latte at mid-day has provided me with a few moments each day to relax and treat myself. Being retired my mornings are generally busy because I am an active 80 yr old. My mid-day matcha latte is my time to wind down and relax into the remainder of the day.
