ABSOLUTELY LOVING THE SWITCH FROM COFFEE!

I've been a coffee + creamer person for years. I've noticed that over the past several months it hasn't been agreeing with my system. I decided to switch to matcha and see if that made a difference because I really enjoy starting my day with a hot drink. I was experiencing heartburn from the coffee but not the tea at all. I am glad I ordered the frother. I boil water, pour it over 1 tsp of tea, add a little almond milk and froth I am no barista but it all blends together quite well.

So smooth

This matcha is so balanced and smooth. It is delightfully bright green, takes well to hand whisking and does not have the astringency or bitterness that some other matchas do. It is an honor to prepare and enjoy both for oneself as well as for others. Definitely the best matcha I have had the pleasure of sipping and sharing. Thank you for sourcing such a wonderful product!
