Matcha Citrus Aid

 Is sparkling water hydrating?

Yes! Both sparkling water and regular still water are equally hydrating. Drinking sparkling water can be a fun way to switch things up a bit, which may be especially helpful for anyone who struggles with drinking enough water. Rest assured, you will be just as hydrated by adding sparkling water to your citrus aid! However, if you’d prefer still water, that is okay, too.

What is matcha-aid?

Matcha-Aid is scientifically formulated with adaptogens, vitamins AND electrolytes in order to help you perform and recover at your best.  The combination of matcha tea, adaptogens like cordyceps and ginseng, and necessary electrolytes like magnesium and potassium create the perfect combination for anyone needing a bit of a boost.

Adaptogens are thought to help the body adapt to stressors, hence the name. Cordyceps have immune-boosting properties and are also thought to combat fatigue and anxiety. Ginseng may be beneficial for improving mental clarity and increasing strength and endurance.

Matcha, a type of green tea, is a powerhouse of nutrients and contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. One of the things that makes matcha special is that it contains the amino acid l-theanine, which works alongside caffeine to help you feel alert yet calm and relaxed.

Electrolytes are essential minerals like sodium, magnesium, potassium, and calcium, and when added to water can help keep you properly hydrated.

Our proprietary blend also happens to taste delicious and you don’t need to be an athlete in order to reap the benefits.

The next time you feel like you need a bit of a boost, give this refreshing and easy matcha citrus aid a try.
