Ingredients

2 tsp matcha powder

1 tbsp dried chamomile

3/4 cup milk, steamed

1/4 cup water

1–2 tsp honey
Directions

Heat the milk in a small pot until steaming, then turn off the heat.

Add the chamomile and steep for about 3 minutes. Strain.

Sift the matcha into a bowl.

Add hot water and whisk until smooth and frothy.

Pour the matcha into a mug and stir in honey.

Froth the chamomile milk if desired, then pour it into the mug.
