Our Japanese green tea sampler gathers four Uji teas in plant-based tea bags: sencha, gyokuro, hojicha and matcha genmaicha. Each box holds 15 bags, and each 3 g bag makes an 8 oz cup. Choose all four or a set of two or three; it makes an easy Japanese tea gift set.

Steep sencha about 60 seconds at 158–176 °F and gyokuro 2–3 minutes at 122–140 °F. Hojicha takes 1–3 minutes at 190–212 °F, and matcha genmaicha 15–30 seconds at 158–194 °F. All but gyokuro also cold-brew overnight.

My fav teas :)

I loved being able to try each tea individually and figure out which ones I liked, which ended up being every single one haha. They taste great, and the green teas have the best color I’ve ever seen for tea.
