Blue Stripes Cup

This matcha cup is a ceramic tumbler, made by our multigenerational artisan partners from a clay they blend themselves. It sits balanced and evenly weighted in the hand, in blue stripes or earthen beige.

A matcha tumbler suits an electric frother better than a bamboo whisk, so it's a good fit for a daily latte. Glaze and pattern vary a little from piece to piece.

absolutely beautiful

This is such a beautifully crafted cup! It's hefty and feels great to hold. Matcha looks especially lovely against the interior color. The coloring on mine was a bit different than pictured but I understand that happens with hand-crafted items. I honestly like the coloring on mine better than pictured! So glad to have added this tumbler to my collection.
