Matcha Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Ingredients:
300 ml heavy cream
190 ml condensed milk
2 tbsp Matcha Kari
cookies and cream cookies (as needed)
Matcha Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Recipe:
- Whip heavy cream until medium peaks form, and chill in the fridge for an hour.
- In a large bowl, combine condensed milk and matcha.
- Add the chilled cream then mix.
- Crush some cookies & cream cookies and add into the mixture.
- Mix then pour in a container.
- Freeze overnight or until set and scoop to serve.
