What is fermented turmeric powder?

What is fermented turmeric

Turmeric is one of the most powerful and healthy roots, but our bodies have a tough time absorbing all those great nutrients. Fermenting turmeric changes that. Through fermentation, beneficial microbes help break down turmeric’s compounds, particularly curcumin, making them easier for your body to absorb and use. Fermentation can also support gut health by enhancing digestibility and reducing potential irritation for sensitive stomachs.

Why is fermented turmeric so healthy?

  • Better bioavailability of curcumin and other phytonutrients

  • Gentler on digestion than raw turmeric

  • May support gut and immune health through fermentation benefits

  • Traditionally used as a way to combat inflammation and for overall vitality

Okinawa fermented turmeric, in particular, is prized for its purity and potency. Find out Fermented Turmeric powder here!

What Is Bee Pollen?

What is bee pollen?

Bee pollen is a nutrient-dense substance collected by bees from flowering plants. As bees move from flower to flower, they gather pollen and mix it with nectar and enzymes, forming small granules that are packed with naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, and antioxidants. It’s been used traditionally to support energy, immunity, and overall vitality.

Because bee pollen is minimally processed, it’s best enjoyed sprinkled on foods or drinks rather than cooked at high heat.

Where to Find Bee Pollen

You can find high-quality bee pollen in several places:

  • Local farmers' markets or apiaries (often the freshest option)

  • Health food stores and natural grocers

  • Online wellness retailers that specialize in bee products

When shopping, look for raw, sustainably sourced bee pollen that is minimally processed. If you’re new to bee pollen, start with a small amount to see how your body responds.
