  • 1/2 cup whole milk

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tsbp condensed milk

  • 2 tsp matcha kari powder

Matcha Whipped Cream Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp condensed milk

  • 2 tsp matcha

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

1. To make the whipped cream, combine condensed milk with sifted matcha powder. Add heavy cream, then beat on high speed for 1 minute. Chill in the freezer for 5 minutes.
2. Take out the chilled whipped cream mixture and beat on high speed until it forms stiff peaks. Transfer into a piping bag with a star tip, and set aside.
3. Add in all the ingredients for the matcha frappe base into a blender. Blend until there are no more visible matcha clumps. Transfer into a cup, and top it off with the whipped cream. You can also choose to forego the piping bag, and simply dump dollops of whipped cream for an easier eat.
