No Bake Cake with Matcha Ingredients:
- 100g White Chocolate
- 80ml Warm Milk or dairy alternative
- 1 tsp Agar Agar Powder (or 2 tsp gelatin)
- 500g Cream Cheese (vegan or dairy)
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 150ml Whipping Cream
Matcha Cake Crust Ingredients:
- Your preferred cookies (or graham crackers)
- Coconut oil
You're in good hands when you shop matcha here at matcha.com, but don't forget to choose quality options when it comes to the other ingredients! Once you're ready to assemble this matcha mousse cake, follow these steps:
Step 1: Crush cookies and mix with coconut oil to form the crust in a cake pan. Set aside.
Step 2: Boil Agar Agar powder. Set aside.
Step 3: Melt White Chocolate in Warm Milk, add boiled Agar Agar powder.
Step 4: Mix Cream Cheese with Maple Syrup. Set Aside.
Step 5: Mix Whipping Cream with the White Chocolate mixture.
Step 6: Get 4 bowls, divide equally the Whipping Cream + White Chocolate mixture among the 4 bowls.
