Because this recipe is so simple, let the delicious umami flavor of matcha shine with a higher-grade powder. While culinary grade matcha works well in most baking recipes, we’d recommend our daily ritual or ceremonial blend here. You can even get creative and try this mint sorbet with our vanilla or mango matcha powder for a unique taste! How to make mint sorbetSorbet is the perfect treat because it’s refreshing without being too much or too sweet. Churning ice cream adds air to the mix, which makes it soft and creamy. Comparatively, sorbet is made with less air and tends to be denser and richer in flavor, which we love! While we think this sorbet is delicious as is, you can try serving it along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a more decadent experience.
