Important part of the Matcha Prep

I had one and decided to get another one for back up. I always use the filters as part of my Matcha prep. It helps smooth out all the knots out of the matcha and therefore when the hot water is administered and the whisk is used, the matcha then is perfect for consuming...and the matcha gets whisked into the hot water 100% as a result.

I so much appreciate the basics of preparing matcha without adding stuff to it. It does the trick and is also very smooth and subtle in its effect after drinking it.

Matcha Sifter
