I finally took the leap to get into making matcha after being gifted a ceramic set. The matcha here is delicious and definitely has a hint of sweetness (more than I’ve noticed from cafes in my area). The resources they give about the history of matcha & different drinks to make was also very helpful. Very recommended!!
