This is a whole new daily ritual for me. Actually I’m doing this at the beginning and end of the day
The rich green alkalizing elixir is amazing. I’m 75 yrs young and have noticed immediate results from the very first bowl. I sometimes get reflux if I eat past 4 or 5 in the afternoon, but since I’ve started Matcha at the end of the day I haven’t experienced any reflux and I have had three nights in a row of deep sustain sleep. This will be my daily ritual going forward

Really Enjoying Making Matcha at Home
