I have not developed a taste for the Matcha plain but honey makes a difference.
Several years ago I started drinking one up a day just because it is good for you.
I spend a lot of time by myself, since retirement, for I an disabled and getting out about is difficult.
I noticed how the Matcha seem to calm my overall being and helped me focus. Do a lot of creating with crocheting with yarn and am pursuing to learn more things to create.
About 11 am each day I make a 16 oz cup of hot Matcha with honey and a use a hot cinnamon spicy herbal tea bag to give it the cinnamon flavor I enjoy.
