I like the Turmeric

I just got the bundle to try a little of everything and save a few bucks but I do really like the Turmeric. It's a very subtle flavor on its own but lately I've been adding it to my mushroom coffee in the morning and the combination of the two creates a wonderful brew that I'd like to continue drinking. It's helps me to relax and cleanse my gut to start my day off on the right foot.

Matcha and Turmeric

I was watching Jay Shetty's youtube interview and Dr. Andrew Weil talked about matcha like i never drink any matcha in my life. I was never a fan of matcha but this is what he was basically saying in the show so i just wanted to give it a shot. Turns out he was totally right, this Matcha is like by far the best i have ever drink. I never knew it can have a great taste tbh. And about Turmeric one, i just love the benefits, it is not so tasty like Matcha but it is turmeric so, you gotta have it.
