You’ll need:
- Matcha powder: We suggest using our chocolate matcha powder for this recipe, but traditional matcha green tea powder will work as well.
- Chocolate chips: Semi-sweet chocolate works well, but you can also experiment with dark or milk chocolate chips as well.
- Milk of choice: Whole milk or a plant-based option like coconut, almond, or soy would all work well.
- Hot water: Matcha tea can be easily burned by hot water (leaving you with a bitter taste). 175-185℉ is ideal.
- Sifter: Sifting your matcha before adding it to your cup is key for a clump-free matcha latte.
- Electric frother: Keeps things quick and easy!
