Ingredients
Method
-
Wash and dry. Gently wash the strawberries, then pat them very dry. Chocolate won’t stick to wet strawberries.
-
Melt the chocolate. Heat the chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring at each interval so the chocolate doesn’t burn, until fully melted and smooth. If it’s too thick, add a dash of milk.
-
Stir in the matcha. Add the matcha to the melted chocolate and stir until thoroughly combined.
-
Line a sheet pan. Line a sheet pan with parchment or wax paper.
-
Dip the strawberries. Hold each strawberry by the green stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, swirling to coat. Let any excess drip back into the bowl.
-
Let them dry. Place the dipped strawberries on the parchment paper to dry. Repeat with the rest of the strawberries.
-
Chill to set. Let the strawberries set in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before enjoying.
-
Drizzle if you like. For an extra touch, dip a fork into melted dark chocolate and drizzle it over the dipped strawberries.
