We’ve created one of our most simple yet delightful recipes to date—the matcha chocolate-covered almond recipe. It requires minimal effort to execute and maximizes the perfect mix of sweet and savory flavors! You’ll be making these more often than you think.  

Matcha Chocolate Covered Almond Recipe Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup roasted almonds

  • ¼ cup white chocolate

  • 2 tsp matcha.com matcha green tea powder

  • Extra Matcha powder for dusting

Matcha Chocolate Covered Almond Recipe Directions:

  1. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or stovetop.

  2. Add matcha powder and mix.

  3. Dip the almonds into the melted chocolate. 

  4. Pick up using a fork.

  5. Transfer into a lined tray.

  6. Let it set completely.

  7. Dust with more matcha powder.

  8. Enjoy!

Note: Store them in an airtight container in your fridge for up to two weeks. They can also be frozen in a freezer-safe container for 2-3 months.
